Our approach has been to honor ancient building techniques while embracing a forward-thinking vision focused on sustainability, natural resources, and material reuse.

Starting with a conservative renovation, we designed the project to strike the perfect balance between comfort and environmental responsibility in every aspect, from services to the smallest details. We maximize the energy generated by our solar panels, while heating and hot water in winter are provided by wood pellets, a sustainable energy source.

Rainwater is collected and repurposed for garden irrigation, and we use refillable bottles for apartment products to minimize plastic consumption. Every choice reflects our commitment to a more sustainable way of living.
